As President of 1st Line Security Agency, I make it a priority that the Vice President  and myself, are the first employee's that you will meet. We will also work the sites during the contract to ensure that there are no discrepancies that have been over looked. That we are working to provide the ultimate experience for our clients.

Our officers are prior Law Enforcement/ Military and Security Professionals. All activity that occurs is properly documented and reported through the Chain of Command. All officers are able to document and supply a supplemental report to management for their discretion of criminal charges or trespasses.

My Name is Glen Talbot, I am the President of 1st Line Security Agency. LLC. I have over 18 years experience in the Law Enforcement and Security environments. I was a Deputy Sheriff for 10 years, worked a variety of different cases. I also moon lighted as a contracted security officer through the Sheriffs Office. I worked construction sites, celebrities, and high profile figures as well. I worked on a Federal Security Contract for the Department of Homeland Security. I was assigned as an Armed Protective Security Officer. I maintained the integrity of the Federal Building by catching, detaining, and prosecuting violators. Allowing and denying access to restricted areas. Conducting security threat assessments of the areas that were under my supervision. I have completed hundreds of investigations and testified in court. I have also worked the financial side of security as well. Remote access checking badging systems, perimeters and remotely activated duress alarms, for a financial institute that has branches in 8 states.    I am extremely passionate about what ever field I dive into. I am going to provide top notch service to all my customers. We are reasonably priced and you get quality over quantity. You are getting selected individuals who match your needs and expectations, but they exceed our expectations. We take pride in the "Small" things.
